EJAE is a New York/Seoul based singer-songwriter and producer. Being Korean American, EJAE is a diverse songwriter who writes for K-POP, J-POP, and POP. She brings in the quirky and dynamic elements of K-POP as well as the catchy and sultry melodies of POP/R&B in her melodies and lyrics.
From 2003-2016 EJAE was a trainee at SM Entertainment, training to be a k-pop idol. In the midst of training, from 2010-2014, She graduated from NYU Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music. Then from 2017-Present day, she has been writing songs professionally for K-POP, J-POP, POP artists as well as TV/film in Korea and in the United States.
